We may provide personal information in part or in whole to third party contractors in order to provide services to the customers. If this is the case, we will select these third party subcontractors based on their ability to handle personal information appropriately. We will manage personal information properly, and take appropriate measures such as negotiating a confidentiality agreement in order to protect the customer’s personal information.

Arbitrary Provision of Personal Information

The customer may choose whether or not to disclose personal information to us. In the event where necessary information is not provided, the customer may not be able to access certain services.

Disclosure of Personal Information

If a customer wishes to receive notification on the purposes of use, disclose, amendment, add, delete, or prohibit use of personal information concerning the customer, please refer to “Inquiries Concerning Personal Information” or submit necessary documents as defined in the procedures. We will respond to this request when we can confirm the validation of the request. We will reply to the registered e-mail address for inquiries regarding the disclosure of your ID or password.
